Can I add more styles after we start?

Yes! If you’d like to add additional styles mid-project, just let us know. We’ll assess the scope and timeline, and send over an add-on invoice before moving forward. Additional designer are $50 per design.

What if I need more revisions than my package includes?

You can absolutely request more revisions. We’ll send a revision add-on invoice based on the work required. Premium clients enjoy unlimited revisions within the project window.

Additional revisions are $10 per revision

What is your return policy?

Completed services and digital products are final final sale, items are non-refundable.

What if I don’t have everything ready yet (like sizing or fabric info)?

No problem. We can either help you develop these during the process or leave placeholders if needed. The more you provide up front, the more smoothly things run—but we’ve got your back either way.

Will I own the final files?

Yes, once your project is complete and payment is finalized, all approved deliverables are yours to use for production, marketing, or future collections.
